Refunds

While we do not offer monetary refunds, we will be more than happy to issue e-Credit or an exchange for your order. 

 

Exchanges

Making sure you receive items that fit is priority to us. We offer a 14-day exchange policy (from the delivery of your item) that will cover any size issue you may experience. Since we covered the original shipping cost to you, we hope you don't mind covering shipping charges for the exchange to and from us.😉 Please note that if we are out of stock in your exchanged item, we will contact you to exchange for a different color of the same item or for a different item of the same value until we restock the product of your choice. If you choose not to exchange for a different color or item, we can then offer you an e-Credit which you can use to repurchase your preferred item at a later time.

 

Processing Time for Exchanges

After your exchange has been received, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed. The requested size will be shipped out immediately after, if all the exchange requirements below are met.

We sincerely apologize that items which do not meet the exchange requirements cannot be exchanged. The items will be sent back to you. Thanks to our AMAZING customers, this rarely happens!

 

Exchange Requirements

An item can be exchanged as long as the item is in its original packaging and the following conditions are met.

1) The item must be unworn, without stain, odors, hair follicles, marks, or permanent wrinkles and scratches.

2) The item must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition just as you received it.

3) All exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Send a return shipping fee of $9.00 which will be used to ship the new item back to you. Payment methods:
