Exchanges

Making sure you receive items that fit is a priority for us and for this reason, we offer a 14-day exchange policy (from delivery of your item) that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made for eligible items. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to pass inspection, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. When your exchange is approved, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your replacement item. If your exchange is declined, you will receive an e-mail with photos explaining the reasons we declined the exchange. 

Processing

A temporary hold may be placed on orders with different billing and shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once your item leaves our Warehouse, The Waist Experts is no longer responsible for the item. We do request one to two business days to process an order, depending on volume. Once the item has been processed, you will receive your USPS tracking number.

Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

After receiving your exchange, we will process your exchange within 14 days to allow for a thorough inspection.

The most economical return method is USPS flat rate shipping, however, you can use any insured shipping method you desire. Be sure to keep your tracking information for reference.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible orders. This does not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the exact same item. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we may require you to exchange for a different item of the same value (meaning you may have to exchange for a different color or product). If you choose not to exchange for a different item, we can then offer credit that you can use to repurchase at a later time, such as when the item becomes back in stock.

Items Eligible for Exchange

  • Waist Cinchers & Vests.
  • Abdominal Belts.

Exchange Requirements

The above eligible items can be exchanged as long as the item is in its original packaging and the following conditions are met. The item must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unstained.
  • Unused.
  • Without odors and hair follicles.
  • Without marks or permanent wrinkles or scratches.
  • In the original packaging.
  • In perfect condition.
  • Received within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange Process

Please follow ALL three steps below when exchanging your item. Your exchange will NOT be considered if all three steps are not completed.

STEP 1::

Send a return shipping fee which will be used to ship the new item back to you.

If you are exchanging just ONE item then please send a payment of $8.50.

If you are exchanging TWO OR  MORE items then please send a payment of $13.50.

Please send the payment via any one of the following methods:

STEP 3::

Include the following in the package:

  • A note of the new size you want.
  • Your order number.

For international exchanges, an invoice with the shipping fee will be e-mailed to you.

We reserve the right to refuse an item to be exchanged if it does not meet our criteria above.

If your exchange is declined, you will receive an e-mail with photos explaining the reasons we declined the exchange. 

If your exchange is approved, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your replacement item. 

Processing Time for Exchanges

After your exchange package has been received, please allow up to 14 days for our exchange department to inspect the item and process your exchange. The requested size will be shipped out soon after.

Items that do not meet the exchange policy, that have been used or packaging that has been damaged will not be exchanged.
