HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?
Please check the size charts for sizing information. We have gone though great lengths to ensure that the size charts are 100% accurate. Each product has its own different size chart so please be sure to look at the size chart for the product(s) you are ordering. Please measure yourself as instructed on the pictures in the size chart and select your exact size from the chart. If you are still unsure of your size then please contact us for help. We will not be responsible for inaccurate sizing.
IS THE SIZE CHART TRUE TO SIZE? DO I CHOOSE A SIZE SMALLER OR BIGGER?
The size chart is accurate. It is designed for you to select your exact size. DO NOT select a size smaller or bigger. Please select your exact size as determined by your measurement on the size chart. Our waist cinchers are meant to fit very tight, and may need help getting it on the first time until it breaks in a bit. WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?
All orders take 3-4 business days to process. All USA orders are delivered within 3-6 business days via USPS Priority mail. Priority Mail Express orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. Please note that these times are subject to change, without prior notice to the customer.
International orders are typically delivered within 6-10 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number after your order has been shipped.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY WAIST CORRECTLY?
Without any clothes on (or with your top raised), wrap measuring tape around the thinnest part of your midsection above your belly button.

MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
If your package shows it has ben delivered but you do not see it at your front door, then please look inside your mail box. If still not found in your mail box then please contact the shipping courier that delivered your item. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items therefore we do not offer refunds or replacements for those items. Please contact the shipping company to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. MAY I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund cannot be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
I MADE A PURCHASE BEFORE THE SALE. CAN THE SALE PRICE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale cannot be adjusted for the sale price.
I MADE A PURCHASE AND FORGOT TO APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE. CAN THE DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, purchases already made cannot be adjusted for the discounted price.
AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES AND/OR TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Waist Snatchers.
In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
